Really think through the production of your video and what message and visual elements will motivate people to invest. Tell a great story that builds into the ask and the reward or investment quickly. People will not watch a long video just like they don’t like to watch long commercials on TV. 4. Announce something big is happening! Build anticipation. Get to know some bloggers and some people in the media and create some buzz about your product or campaign long before you start. 30 days goes very fast and you need a ground swell of excitement before you start. 5. Help to promote other peoples campaigns on twitter for example in exchange for their help with your campaign. Just make sure they are months apart. 6. Make sure you have a really great title with the subject of your category in it so when strangers search they will have an easier time finding your campaign. 7. The opening landing page description about your business and how you describe it is very important. People will read it and want to find that all of their key questions have been answered. Make a convincing case – Provide a clear-cut and persuasive argument compelling them to make an investment or donation including offering a succinct explanation of the unique opportunity that exists and why you’re the person/team team to do it, and why the moment to strike and invest or donate is now! 8. Include exciting and eye-catching pictures and screenshots that represent your product or service, this will help your landing page stand out. Try to find several attractive photos that showcase your Company and possibly the people behind it as well. 9. The most important thing you can do is get some education in crowdfunding and have a plan for your entire campaign. 10. In real estate it was all about location, location and location in crowdfunding its ALL about preparation, preparation and more preparation.
